Your SkegLeg is machined at our shop in Grand Rapids, MI from Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene extruded here in the USA. UHWMPE was chosen for our SkegLegs because it is impervious to both fresh and salt water and has extremely high impact and wear resistance properties. The stainless steel clamps stand up to any marine environments that trolling motors typically see.
